Job Summary

As the Business Development Executive at A2B Tax Ltd, you will be a key driver of growth, responsible for developing and executing strategies to acquire new clients and expand the firm’s market presence. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO), you will play a critical role in identifying business opportunities, building relationships, and contributing to the overall success of the firm.

 

Key Responsibilities

  1. Client Acquisition:
    • Develop and implement effective business development strategies to acquire new clients for the firm.
    • Identify target industries, markets, and prospects for business expansion.
  2. Lead Generation:
    • Generate leads through various channels, including networking, events, online platforms, and targeted outreach.
    • Collaborate with marketing to create and execute lead generation campaigns.
  3. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and nurture relationships with key clients and prospects.
    • Conduct client needs assessments and provide tailored solutions.
  4. Proposal Development:
    • Prepare compelling proposals and presentations in response to client inquiries.
    • Work closely with service teams to develop customized solutions.
  5. Market Research:
    • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
    • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for service expansion.
  6. Networking and Events:
    • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the firm and establish relationships.
    • Represent the firm in a professional and positive manner.
  7. Cross-Selling and Upselling:
    • Collaborate with service teams to identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities with existing clients.
    • Maximize revenue from existing client relationships.
  8. Budget and Forecasting:
    • Contribute to the development of the business development budget.
    • Forecast and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities.
  9. CRM Utilization:
    • Effectively use the firm’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system to manage client relationships, track interactions, and analyse data for decision-making.
  10. Collaboration with Internal Teams:
    • Work closely with service teams, marketing, and other internal departments to ensure alignment with business development goals.
    • Provide input into service offerings based on client feedback and market demands.

 

Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA or professional certification is a plus.
  • Proven experience in business development within the professional services or accounting industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of the accounting and financial services landscape in the UK.
  • Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
  • Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding business development targets.
  • Fluent at Vietnamese
